Lifschutz Davidson Sandilands Architects are the masterplanners for Kidbrooke Village and are developing the station concept.
The Berkeley Homes Masterplan area will accommodate around 4,000 dwellings (replacing the former 2,000 dwellings), commercial and retail space. The Masterplan is part of a wider Kidbrooke Development Area which incorporates an additional 800 dwellings (4,800 residential units in total).
